I am changing my shower and parts over to brushed nickel.....and eventually the whole coach brass pieces over to brushed nickel
I want to locate the shower part shown in the pic but am having troubles. Unlike the home shower valve covers which have screws, the one on the coach does not (push on to install?)
Does anyone have info or resources where to source this cover from? I recall don't care if the acrylic handle remains but am going to need the cover and sleeve
Peter
Peter,
We replaced all shower parts, including cartridge, free from Moen. Moen parts are free for life of original owner.
Changing trim color would not be free, so it may pay to note that the original color was what you want the new color to be.
BTW, our faucet handle rotates from off and controls temperature. Does not control flow, so we added a small ball valve that is shown in photo to reduce down from full water flow.
For 20 years to conserve / control water flow, we also used a kitchen sprayer faucet as a shower head, which is always totally off until handle lever is pressed. Worked fine for our fulltime 20 year living and traveling.
Here are our notes about Moen shower faucet free replacement parts: Hope they are some help. . .

Hey Peter I did the same thing to my 320..... hated the brass/gold stuff. The shower head I had to piece together as no one kit would do it all. Here's some pics of the bathroom... the shower structure I used rust'oleum and lots of plastic everywhere to catch the paint dust. Even the little strip above the towel ring I painted, as well as the pocket door latches, the closet push latches too. It changed everything to the positive! All the door pulls were changed as well the Hollywood lights I had to get creative and changed out to LED, shortened the standoffs to bring the cover in closer, painted all the brass parts for that too. Good luck with your new look!

Diid you paint the shower plate parts or are they new. If so what Brand ? And is the valve cover plate a "push" on one or a screw attached one?
Shower looks great!
The valve cover plate can be pried off--only way.
Peter,
On ours you can pop the center of the handle off which exposes a Philips screw. Remove this screw and then you can pull the knob straight off. Once the knob is off you will be able to see the nut that holds the cover on. Remove the bug nut and the trim cover will slip off.

Peter everything is new parts for the shower faucet/hose except the lil angle piece that holds the shower head on the slide bar. I couldn't find that part to save my life! So I painted that lil part. (shower frame and Hollywood lights as they are painted) I can go into my Amazon account and see everything I bought.
Would you mind posting the items? Thanks!
Here are the parts I got from Amazon.... Not super tech savvy but I do like pics.... hopefully y'all do too! The Moen Valve/Handle is too far back in my list to retrieve. But I'll try to find it.
