Hello,
After a few years of reading and learning from this site and looking at Foretravels, my wife and I finally purchased one. 2008 Phenix. A buddy of mine (DW did not want any part of the maiden voyage) and I took delivery on the 25th at MOT. After staying in it for a few days and and then driving from TX to MD I realized I have a ton to learn. It's getting better over the last few days as I read more of the manuals and actually use the many features this coach has. Replacing the house batteries may now be a game changer because several problems seem to have fixed themselves. Hopefully I won't have to call MOT for a few days.
I wanted to introduce myself and extend my thanks to all that contribute to this forum and share their knowledge of Foretravels.
Jeff
Welcome to the family. As it looks like you already know there is a good search function where a good number of questions have been asked and answered already. I know sometime when you search you will not find anything. If this is the case do a post. Either someone will know the answer, direct you to the correct spot to get the answer or will be able to find some threads that answer your question.
Looks like you already got the signature line figured out.
Welcome to the group Jeff. What a beautiful coach.
Welcome to the group. Not sure of your previous Rv experience, but there is a lot to learn either way! Tom
Welcome.
WELCOME ABOARD !!! Beautiful Coach, enjoy the adventure as You and Your Spouse travel throughout Our Great Country. ^.^d
Nice coach.
Welcome to the Forum
Congratulations. I am in VA and it is good to see another DMV owner
Welcome. These good people will grow on you. Beautiful coach. Remember that your dumb questions are the same ones we have all asked previously
Welcome. That is a stunning looking coach. Congratulations. Get a TSD fuel card. Takes some of the sting out of fueling and makes planning your fuel stops effortless with the open roads app for it.

The only dumb questions are the ones you don't ask. For every person that asks, there are 10 people who have the same question.
Welcome to the family!
Welcome! And enjoy learning from a lot of great people that love to help others here on the forums.... It's a wonderful community! I grew up in Bowie..... but I'm a Savannah GA boy. Enjoy your new coach
Congratulations on a successful search for a Foretravel! We're so glad you joined the forum a few years ago and are now on to the next phase - lots of questions about your Foretravel!
Wishing you good fortune on your new purchase...... hope you got out well ahead of this ice storm. It was kinda on a corridor from Texas to Maryland.
Congratulations, what a beautiful coach. There is much to learn and all of us have been rookies.
Nice coach!! Welcome to the Forum!!
Beautiful coach. Really love paint scheme. Never be afraid of asking questions on the forum.
I am so jealous! I remember the first travels in each of our 3 coaches and what fun we had (and tears, fears, and frustration and head scratching) on all of the maiden voyages. We lived in our last full time for about 5 years. BEST TIME EVER. Keep a journal ... I used to log mileage at the beginning of each day, names of funny towns, scenery, and hilarious episodes. Really fun to look back on. All the best to you! Tell your wife to ask me anything!

Thanks for the kind words and welcome everyone.
Everything passed MD State inspection, after we pay our state 6% sales tax and registration fees we will be able to get permanent tags.
Great looking coach, welcome to the best owners forum around, no matter the problem someone almost always has an answer or knows where to get one. Enjoy the new coach.
Welcome Jeff and that is a very nice looking coach. Congratulation! Enjoy your time on the road and visit the wonderful communities you will come in contact with. Life is short, enjoy the ride!
Congratulations on your new coach. I am a new owner as well. I have lurked on the forum for sometime and have been registered for about a year. Obviously I figured out how to reply to your post but can someone tell me how to post one of my own? I've use the search extensively but I'm still going to have many questions if I can only figure out how to post my own questions. Thanks
Split the topic starting question here for visibility (in case other new members have the same question: New Owner [How to start new topic?] (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=45783.0)
Welcome! Lots of good info here... nice coach!,
