Used to work, fine. New aux compressor. Parked on fairly level land. Don"t hear the thirty minute "check", like I used to. Is there something I can do?
Right now, I have to fire up the engine, get up to full pressure in both tanks, and then Press the level button, twice.
Thanks
I talked to a tech at HWH yesterday and he explained the system to me in layman's terms. He then emailed me the manual that I have seen on the Forum and it explains it just as he did in the trouble shooting section. Read it and then ask about anything you don't understand.
How long did you wait for the tech to call you back? Last time which was over a year ago, it took 7 weeks to get a return phone call.
Took 3 days and 2 were the weekend. He also gave me a reference number so I wouldn't have to go on the waiting list if I can't solve my issue.
Does your "air" light continue to flash dimly/rapidly or does it go out completely after a period of time? I remember reading of people that had power removed, so the 30 minute check wouldn't happen any longer.
A bad ground at the control box can also cause that behavior. The coach has two power sources to that box, one from the ignition, and one from the house batteries. If the one from the house batteries isn't functional, you won't get the auto leveling because the brains don't have power.
I can't even get the lights to come on on my HWH panel for leveling
If your on level ground you don't need to level.
If your on level ground you don't need to level.
It's not quite level here, and I do travel across the country......a lot
My experience was that my x Foretravel shop tech fixed all the chassis side air leaks 9 years ago. The coach has never moved from whatever position it's in. I shut off the hwh panel.
