Title: Sway bar links
Post by: Grey Wolff on February 08, 2023, 12:30:44 pm
Finally got the mechanic to take photos of the 15 inch sway bar links that need to be replaced. Any help on obtaining these parts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't see anything wrong with the tubes you are referring to as links. Clean and paint, but it does look like you need the bushings as the one on the right has space between the bushing and the tube.

You just need the bushings. Maybe,  Take a bushing off and match it up for a shock/ sway bar  mount at NAPA.
School bus might be similar.  Look under some mid size busses.
Or look online for that size .
In a pinch, remove the nut , add a washer and tighten the nut.
If the nut does not seat on a solid shoulder,  tighten enough to compress the bushing plus a turn or two, Loctite blue the nut.
