I have an Aqua Hot 431/12 and cannot find a panel full of lights. Could it be that my model doesn't have a control panel full of lights? The Aqua Hot manual makes no mention of them.
When on electric, I am currently tracking down a problem where the circulation pump and electric element stays on regardless of whether the thermostat calls for heat or not. When calling for heat, the fans turn on and off as they should. When the thermostat is off and the fans are off, the little radiator is still producing heat. It is warm under the kitchen sink no matter what I do.
The answer to your light board question is NO.

Thanks for the help Rudy and for taking the time to talk on the phone.
It's seems that one of the clear plastic was likely stuck in the on position as per Rudy's advice. Before I could get to it, the relay must have released during the shaking of my next travel day. It's all working now.
I am out of Florida and back to freezing temperatures. One more day before I hit Pennsylvania and Aquahot works as it should.
I'll probably buy a spare relay for the parts bucket.
