Title: The Commode
Post by: propman on March 05, 2023, 09:06:57 pm
Well it took me about 8 years, but look, I finally did it, gone with the old blue carpet. All new gaskets, etc. It is probably one of the easist clean up / upgrade.

Looks good Al. You will be happy to be rid of that carpet. Never understood the logic of putting carpet around a commode.

The "Carpet everywhere" has to do with the way RV's in general are built.  One sheet of carpet over the floor and then install the "cabinetry" over it.
Regarding our bathroom I too have a dream.

Very nice upgrade!  Love the cedar you installed.  Nice smell too!

Now to straighten out the seat and cover lid.
All that nice work but the seat looks weird by being out of alignment.
