My Aquahot needs the annual service. It currently doesn't ignite on diesel. I need the model # and the fuel filter # for the shop to order parts.
I cannot seem to find either the model number or the fuel filter location!
The owner's manual doesn't seem to list the model number! Even the unit doesn't have any markings (unless it's on top where you cannot see it.) I also have searched up and down for the fuel filter. It's not in the generator/radiator compartment where it seems to normally be in the U320's. Very frustrating! >:(
Mu unit is the 1996 U320 4400.
Based on the manual, it seems I may need to take off a panel to get to an internal marking plate for the model number.
Also, based on my manuals that came with the coach, the fuel filter is inside the cabinet.
Does that seem right?
After removing the panel, I have a model 431/12. It doesn't have a traditional screw on filter. I am guessing It's on owner/shop modification with an in-line filter.

On your unit the filter from the factory is inside the stainless steel cover. If you remove that to get to the burner the inline filter should be mounted on the back wall above the circulating pumps.

It came with the inline filter inside the cabinet.
Mine came with an inline filter inside the stainless steel cabinet and I changed it to a spin on
one with a clear bowl on the bottom and I installed in the space where the Aqua-hot is so it
is way easier to service.
Thanks for the assistance! I was wondering if the inline filter was a modification but it seems that was the original design.
The inline filter on my 431/12 is a NAPA Gold 3053 (https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/FIL3053).
