We have some Powertech manuals in our excellent free-of-charge Forum Library. May or may not be helpful.

There are several here on the Forum that have separated the engine from the radiator frame. This was done to stop vibration troubles that the radiator can't stand and to keep things like this from happening when the motor mounts fail. You can find a replacement fan at some tractor dealers that handle Isuzu powered equipment, off the net. and even some truck shops along with Power tech. New engine mounts can be found off the net for half the price of some name brand dealers.

Thank you
Top of every Forum page, click on the "Media" tab, then click on "Foretravel Library".
Contains lots of good stuff.
Be sure to get the correct mounts ....
They are rated by the weight they support.
He will ask you if mount bolts are 1/4 or 3/8, yours should be 1/4 but easy enough to look at one to be positive.
Yes they are 1/4 one of the swaged nuts fell right out stud broke off in the other one.
Called n emailed PowerTech hopefully hear back from them today, got radiator out removed all that nasty insulation just waiting on parts.
Received this email from Powertech this morning, called Triangle Diesel they are checking to see if fan is available but have no information on radiator mounting bolts if anyone has anything info on them?
Just so we are on the same page, are you talking about the generator mounting vibration isolators or the bolts that actually
mount the radiator, now is the time to replace the 4 gen mounting brackets, when the engine starts and when it shuts down
the old brackets tend to let the engine sway from side to side causing the fan to rub and break, new ones will help with this.
I would look at the posts above and bite the bullet and remount the radiator,on mine I replaced the old mounts and used 2 old
ones to mount the radiator, used a 4 inch spacer under the mounts.
Hi John
I'm ordering new fan and 4 new generator mounting vibration isolators ( motor mounts) from Triangle Diesel , they have no information on how radiator was mounted.
I'm searching for vibration isolator studs used at bottom of radiator like one in picture but in larger size 1/4 was used but smashed and unidentifiable hoping to add 3/8 size with a few extra to help dampen vibration .
Grainger probably have the radiator isolator bolts or you can find them online.
Got McMaster Carr and Grangers just up the road they both have replacement parts just need to figure out weights for generator mounts and radiator mounts so I get happy medium between to stiff and to much wiggle .
Thinking 50lb for radiator n 500lb for generator.
Wondering did you ever source the mounts for the generator itself? which ones did you go with and are you happy with the outcome? I often buy from both Grainger and MCM. they both appear to have many optional approaches. Like you figuring 500lbs total for the gen but curious what Durometer range to go with.
I am redoing my gen slide pan as it is about 30% rusted out, that being said I have to replace alot of metal to get it back solid. 2 of my original supports that hold the gen mounts I will have to rebuild due to rust, or just do a total re-design using different style more readily available mounts. As these older OE mounts seem to be getting harder to get this makes more sense than trying to source the OE style just to keep it original. I appreciate any feedback.
Part number for generator mounts on a 96 270,Lord,J-20922 , Lord is the brand name, the number is on the bottom of the
mount at the rubber piece, many of the rubber mounts on the coach are also lord brand.
