Good afternoon,
I called Foretravel requesting a diagram, but they were leaving for the evening. I'm not a current Motorcade member and was told I won't be able to speak with technical support anyways.
I'm adding a captain's chair behind the current passenger chair so we'll have a third seatbelt. The plan is to drill through the floor and bolt the seat to a steel plate on the underside.
I don't want to make assumptions, but it appears that the exposed 3x5 lateral "beams" support 2 I beams which run from the front to the rear of the coach.
There are two 1/4 x 3" steel straps that tie the front and rear together under floor, outlined in white chalk. You can also see them above front steer tires, not sure about any I- beams.
You may not get accurate info and using an electronic stud finder may be a better way to find what is inside floor. We used one on the roof to locate beams..
Thank you both for the response.
I'll give the stud finder a shot.
I've got a utility locator and metal detector at my disposal I'll try out as well.
Handful of earth magnets is easy and cheap. Plots out layout real fast.

Scott,
Just to verify.... The magnets will pick up the steel frame through the layer of carpet and subfloor?
Threw floor and fiberglass. Carpet and padding unknown. Im confident a stud finder will work with a little patience
