Title: Update on my Uniroyal tires
Post by: dans96u295ft on May 27, 2023, 09:51:09 am
It's been 3 years since I put them on and absolutely, NO issues. Bought them thru Walmart.com and had a local dealer install them. Very happy.

X2 on Uniroyal.  We installed 5 years ago.  No issues or problems.  They are black, round, and hold air.

Of special note: our coach sits outside in our driveway, unprotected from the intense West TX sun, and I'm too lazy to use tire covers.  I don't "treat" the tires with anything other than the occasional wash with plain old well water.  Tires have absolutely ZERO sidewall cracks or ANY sign of UV induced degradation on the sidewalls.  They still look brand new!  Pretty amazing, and a big difference from the prior set of Michelins.

I've been happy with the ones on my coach as well.  Did have a front right blowout, but believe I hit something in the road I didn't see to cause it.  In a pinch, I had to buy a Michelin XLEZ to get home and I will say I prefer the feel from the Uniroyals.  Added 10psi to the fronts, just to make sure as well.  Now running 110/90/80.

I remember
Uni, Roy & Al from the old commercials.
Will check the website for right tire size.
