I have searched this site and Google for this information but can't seem to find anything that is currently correct.
I am trying to get the vehicle inspected and the final remaining issue is lighting. One of the front clearance lights are out (and leaking) and I want to replace all with LED. But I can't find a replacement that I know will fit. The ones that give screw hole spacing are all wrong. I am measuring the screw mounting spacing as 3 7/8".
I would also like to replace the inner/high beam headlight assembly. I have found (hopefully they'll fit) the outer headlight/blinker units but am having trouble with the inner ones. For right now I am just trying to get it inspected so anything stock-ish will work.

Check these for your lights
Marker/clearance lights- truck-lite 18300r or 18300y
Gene the factory Ford headlight are the worst reflector in the spectrum of reflectors. The outside is a stock reflector and the inside is a modified reflector with the outside turn signal cut off.
This is a reflector without the factory prisms in the lens, clear. I use projection bulbs and that is a different can of worms altogether.

Perhaps the link I found is wrong, but at:
Amazon.com: Truck-Lite 18300Y Yellow Model 18 Light : Automotive (https://www.amazon.com/Truck-Lite-Model-Bulb-Yellow-18300Y/dp/B001MK91QG)
They are the old multi piece non-LED type similar to the stock design. The goal is to minimize bulb replacement and water ingress.
Plus at:

It shows the spacing as 4". Perhaps the 3 7/8" spacing is called 4" in the trucking world? Similar to how a 2x4 isn't 2" x 4"? If this is the case then it looks like a Truck Lite 18050Y may work:

I agree they are pretty bad.
But the links you gave are do not appear to be what I am looking for. I am looking for the inner lights, not the outer.
Gene
Gene,
Those Bronco lights will work you have to modify one to make the inner light as that is what the factory did OEM. I know that is hard to believe but other things they did are even more interesting.
Now the LED clearance lights you are looking for, I will have to do a search this afternoon. This will take a while as I am looking for the needle. There is a past member that purchased one of the 2 '97 year 42' coaches and did a complete over hall about 15 years ago. He found the exact replacement lights for front, rear, and side and listed the manufacture and part numbers. The bad thing is after he completed the project he dropped off the face of the earth which is why it will take me a while to find the info.

Clearance light up-grade (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=38615.msg376963#msg376963)
That references a Grote 47733. It looks sort of right but the sources don't give the hole spacing dimension.
I ordered one. I'll compare it to the Truck-Lite when they arrive.

Place the headlamp on the bandsaw and cut it in half. It now will fit the inside Hi beam location. Throw the outer light in the trash
That wasn't my reference, I used United Pacific from Summit. I am on a trip right now so can't get the exact number until I get home.
Here are a couple of threads that will help but not the exact one I was looking for.
CLEARANCE LIGHT (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=29419.msg249584#msg249584)
LED marker lights (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=30886.msg269553#msg269553)
Will keep looking
Thanks. The first thread has an interesting link on cleaning things up behind the cabinets. The second one references both the lights I've ordered. I'll post my results hopefully next weekend. A lot of threads I found on different subjects will end with "well, I ordered X and will see how it works" with crickets afterwards.
BTW - Yes, the prices on these are high compared to the no-name cheapos but unlike the headlights I want something that has the best chance of lasting and so if they fit I'll use one of the two.
The Truck-Lite 18050Y clearance light fits perfectly. The wiring color was switched (I had to connect the black coach wire to the white fixture wire and vice versa) but otherwise works fine.
