I've trying to locate different small parts. I tried MOT and left a message almost a month ago. Never received a reply. I then tried Foretravel about a week ago. Still no reply.
Does anyone have a contact method, preferably electronic as I need to send a list?
The following are some of the items I am looking for:
Rear upper ladder – bottom RH side – Ladder -> vehicle bracket.
Rear engine battery access cover RH side -> Panel latch pin (the bottom pin the latch connects to that is mounted on the frame.)
Front generator cover -> Upper latch pin
RH (passenger) side mirror -> bottom convex mirror

If you are looking for FOT parts email address. If you go to their web site, under Foretravel Services, select parts. You will find the email address there.
You can get mirror parts direct from Ramco. I don't know how prices would compare to FOT, assuming they stock the mirror you need.

Contact Xtreme Paint in NAC, they might have ladders in their boneyard.
Nobody has ladders available. Foretravel says they don't have them because the manufacturer wants them to order a production run of 500. MOT doesn't have them because they get theirs from FOT. Extreme doesn't have any used ones left--they suggested trying a salvage yard.
That's what I used. Email was sent to parts.texas@foretravel.com.

I'm not looking for a full ladder, just the bottom 90 degree bracket that attaches the ladder to the coach.

If you can post a photo of the part you seek (like from the other ladder foot), it would help us help you.

Top ladder. Bottom right bracket. Missing in the pic.
Give me a couple days.. I think I might have one but I have parts scattered between 2 places.
If the above kind offer doesn't pan out, you could always inquire about getting one made up at a local welding shop. It would be a simple job for anyone halfway skilled in aluminum welding. Small piece of flat stock cut to size with a short piece of aluminum tube welded to it. Drill 3 holes and Bob's Yer Uncle.
OR, if you do a little poking around at your local Home Depot, Lowes, or Westlake Hardware, you might be able to find something that could be repurposed to this task. Probably wouldn't match the OEM mounts, but you could replace both bottom ladder mounts with the new item so it would at least appear symmetrical. For instance, see below.
You should be able to find a similar (if not identical) bracket somewhere where they sell tubing and associated hardware.

Try a marine supply/hardware store.
Thanks. I was thinking that it couldn't be too obscure a part.
Got a source for the basement door parts?
