When I bought my bus I knew there were a few electrical gremlins living aboard, I have evicted a few but here is one I am not quite sure of.
The fan did not work when I bought it and a year ago, on a trip, it started and was wonderful! I am headed to Idaho and Montana soon and what would be perfect to have in that climate.
Please send any suggestions on where to start chasing down this issue.

On my 2000, there are two controls for turning on the ventilator fan in the kitchen. One is the switch on the control box shown in your picture and the other is a switch labeled ventilator on the switch panel mounted on face of cabinet below the stove. The fuses and relays for the switch panel are located in the cabinet below the refrigerator. Can check for loose wiring or relay there.
Ground wire somewhere may have been jarred by movement of the coach?
I do not have this same panel in my coach but I will check for a loose connection under the frig.
I now know the mystery fan's name is the Kool-o-matic. The start to a love hate relationship. I had a very short period of time when this was working and it was fantastic.
I opened the unit up today to start checking power. I am not reading anything at the thermostat or the motor. I am confused on what the diode? thingy is next to the fan and why there are 5 wires going to the thermostat.
I did not find any connections under the frig and I do not have that fancy control display next to the aqua hot controls.

With you having a 36' coach you won't have the same electrical panel that Bill shows as he has a 42'. You would think that all 2000 coaches that are 320s are the same but oh no not so. Now you should get power form the 12vdc fuse panel, on our coach it is hid under the bed skirt. If FT didn't change location it should be #6 fuse that feeds the fan.

All fuses are good. It does seem that my schematic is different, see attached.

Check your fuses with a tester...(or at least for voltage on the load side wire at the fuse block - occasionally one will 'look good' but be slightly disconnected...also, cleaning each w steel wool could help restore contact...
