Has anyone heard or know of this system? Curious if this system is a comparable system to the Aqua hot 600d or 675d.
Peter, I am sure that Rudy will chime in here as he is the specialist on these systems.
The Oasis is a good system. It has a different diesel fired burner vs the AH Webasto burner. It has two (2) heating zones vs three (3) for the 600 or 675. It has two (2) 120 vac electric elements vs two 120 vac for the 600 and one 120 vac and one 240 vac for the 675. It heats water with a hot plate while AH uses a long copper coil, both work fine.
It can be one unit or two units, which are smaller than the 600 series. There are some service needs accessed from the side as are on the 600 series. Many installs make side access a real challenge. Some of those could be corrected with a small movement in the placement of the unit. Folks that work on them do not install them.
Newmar is the coach builder installing them in new coaches. All Newmar installs require very good agility enhanced by my small size to service the distribution unit. I have seen two coaches where the distribution unit was in a location that I passed on. Located at the end of my finger tips behind numerous hoses and wires. Not gonna stick my hands and arms in passed the hose clamps and tie wraps that scratch me up.
Excellent answer Rudy
With what you have stated the Aqua hot systems are still the go to product
