I was out in my 1996 36-ft U295 this weekend and opened the big slide bay on the drivers-side and there were small drips of water dripping down on the far left side at the top, with the water pump on. It stopped when I turned it off. This is close to my sink so I looked in the cabinet under the sink and it was dry. None of the waterlines and pipes were wet. I am guessing the big drawer under the stovetop can be removed to look there. Any suggestion of where it could be coming from would be greatly appreciated. I attached an image of my coach and placed a circle where the water was dripping inside the bay. Thank you!
Your coach might be different, but on mine there's a false floor under the sink. Need to remove carpet and you will see a plywood piece held in place with screws. Below that is where wires and plumbing run. I have had the plastic ice maker line leak fine pinholes twice. I suggest you make it a priority to get that leak fixed asap and get it dried out - it bad for the steel in the floor, walls and bulkheads.
Thank you! I do have a newish fridge with an ice maker and that was the first thing I thought of. Will look and see if I can remove the floor.
Check inside fridge vent to look for defrost overflow hose. Also look inside furnace outside vent door.
Also, look at the BACK/inside of the water heater.
Is this water leak on the out side or inside of the door I have water dropping from the seam of the rain gutter and lands on the door if I open. its water from one of the air conditioner dripping from the rain gutter. But if you close off the water line going to the ice maker it's under the sink I have a shut off under the kitchen taps where it tees of the cold water line after the water filter a small water line 1/8 or 1/4 on mine . close it off to see if it stops if it's a leak on the cold water line the water pump would start once in awhile for know reason but a small leak it may take forever I had a sew on fitting that was leaking I just had to turn it a fraction and it stopped the pump from coming on that would take for ever .
