Working on a Microphor LF-220.
When activating the flush cycle with the flush handle you must hold the handle in the flush position for approximately two seconds for the cycle to continue. If you hold the flush handle momentarily you must do it three times for the flush cycle to continue. The micro switch roller rests at the beginning of the cam recess. Does this need to be adjusted. Can this be adjusted? Or is there something else that is causing the issue? The Microphor I had previously did not operate in this way.
Rick,
Check the cam where the set screw is real close to see if it is cracked. If that set screw is just loose you can adjust the cam to center better on the shaft flat spot and retighten. With that cam being plastic don't get tooo aggressive with tightening the set screw as you can easily brake the cam.

Thanks Mike, I have checked the cam for cracks and the set screw is tight on the flat spot on the shaft. I have thought about drilling a slight indent in the shaft to relocate the set screw.
