My Javelina Dash Inverter 42-37049 is not working properly and needs to be replaced.
Does anyone have insight for replacement options?
Thanks,
Chuck
Javalina doesn't work with foretravel any more.
Is the 'inverter' the same thing as the tank monitor?
My Javelina was dead when I bought my coach. I thought they were out of business but I could be wrong.
The previous owner had already replaced the monitor screen and rear/side view cameras.
I added a SeeLevel monitoring system for the tanks.

If Chuck is referring to the power supply to the Javalina monitor system, I suspect there are some owners out there who have replaced their monitor system and have an old power supply lying around or still under the dash.
Might ask!
If still operating, they absolutely will not support anything associated with a Foretravel. Bad blood. We had spoken with them about 8 or10 years ago and
Replacing the Javalina CRT (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=30460.msg263940#msg263940)
My coach came with a separate back up monitor and I pulled the Javalina out and put a
See Level System in and gained a lot of space under the dash.
I am one of those who will keep removed parts just because, just in case. But in this instance I'm still using the it. I have to add that I was unaware of the "bad blood" situation and my curiosity is now definitely piqued about that particular backstory.

Apologies for the delayed reply. The Javelina Dash Inverter 42-37049 operates the back lighting for the dash board (the line of lights around the outer edge of the dash board). This is not for the tank monitor. Any thoughts on replacement options?
Thanks,
Chuck
It's an oldie, but

I also updated the topic title to show this is for the electroluminescent dash, not for the Javalina display.
Note that if there is damage to the dash that caused the circuit layers to short/be cut open, you may be SOL on it relighting.

Mine worked but only partially and it was arcing and sounded like it was burning/sizzling. This solved the arcing problem.
There is a company in oregon that makes a power supply that works.
