Steve,
Welcome to the Forum.
I am on the road for the holidays so I don't have that number with me but someone will chime in most likely before I get home. A question
What is wrong with it other that the face needing to be replaced? This is a DIY as the face is just a sticker.
If you are not in a hurry you can send it back to HWH and have that pad repaired if it isn't working correctly.

It's been a struggle, the old owner passed away, and all leveling has been disconnected i think to be able to move the coach, three days of phone call, first question is what's the black marker number, no black marker number and the numbers on the part are no good. I will be rebuilding the 6 pack front and back and replace the pressure sensor front and back .
2002 is series 2000 with train system (and I believe room locks), in case you need the manual:

The Parts Manual doesn't list control pad part numbers, unfortunately.
In our '02 U320. the face of the control panel was cracked like yours. It is an easy replace obtained from HWH. Our leveling control got cranky and we made an appointment with HWH to have everything looked at. In the meantime, I just sprayed it with a liberal shot of CorrosionX and let it marinate for a bit. Then, it worked like a charm! CorrosionX is the best thing EVER!
I needed to replace mine. I was in a hurry HWH said it would be several weeks before they could get someone to call me back. I called Foretravel parts, Brad had me take a picture of the back of it. He had a new one to me in a couple days. I can't remember what it cost, but I needed it quick. Tom
