It was time for a full service on our 2003 U320 4220. I was torn between going back to MOT, who has treated me well (with one exception) for the service or contacting Keith at his shop. I still remember opening a new business and how much the customers from the first few years meant so I went to Keith. It was a solid decision. I could not have been happier with the service I got or the price he charged.
I have to say that Keith and his team did a great job for a very reasonable price.
Keith, if you see this, thanks so much for taking good care of me and 6199.
Rick
Great decision, and reflects our experience also. I trust Keith completely.

We need to figure out how to clone him...
And Rudy, too
Keith = Salt of the earth. We are lucky to have him around.
Is 936-462-3764 still the best number? I've called and left 2 messages...nothing back yet. I thought this might be his cell number. Is there a shop number to call instead?
That is it. Keith is a very busy guy. So some patience is needed to talk to him. I recommend texting
Without a doubt, Keith and Rudy are two of the best.
Keith is swamped with work. The best way to contact him, and his preference is by text message.
Try about 8:00 am or after 6:00pm... he is usually up inside the belly of a coach most of the day. And yes texting is his preferred method I believe. He will answer eventually. He is a very busy man....
I had the same result. Emails, phone messages.
Could someone please post Keith's shop contact info, phone and email?
Thanks
936-462-3764 Text him to start, then he will call you when he gets a chance. He is busy.
I left two messages last week and he called me back about 8pm on Saturday evening. This guy never stops! Said he was getting back to everyone, but yes, text is best for him. The number posted is his cell and accepts texts.
