Title: Anyone replaced the AH Cozy register fans with something quieter?

I'm a light sleeper and when the AH comes on in the bedroom, the fan noise wakes me up.  After 20 years, I'd imagine there is a much quieter replacement available.  Looks to be standard computer fans on the back side.  Anyone done this already?  If so, what was in there and what did you replace it with?

We don't like heat on in the bedroom- so it's quiet

Nice design on the suggested replacement fan, looks like some modifications would need to be made to the exchanger.
