Finally got coach back after tranny replace. Now find that the dash fan speed control has no power and the zone 1 aquahot blowers have no power. Aquahot working fine with power to fans in zone 2 and 3. I have looked everywhere I can think of as to where the fuse might be but no joy. Anyone know where I might find it? Coach going to Keith on Wed for bladder replace and I am sure he knows where it is, but it is supposed to be really hot on Wed and the fans would be nice.

The top relay below the row of fuses above the burner controls the saloon fan coils and zone 1 coolant pump. If not fully seated, front zone will not work. This is the same dash fan used for dash A/C. But does not control dash A/C.
Thanks Rudy, if I understand you correctly, if the relay is fully seated then it is likely kaput and needs to be replaced. I'll check this tomorrow morning. From your comment I am still not sure if this powers the 3 position fan speed control on the dash. All the vacuum switched settings for the A/C control knob work. There is no power to the 3 position fan switch. Another fuse/relay to find?

Jerre, the relay does NOT power the dash switch.
The relays are interchangeable. So, take one of the others and see if the front zone works.
If that does not work, call me between 8 and 8 central time. 7 one 3. 8 one 8. 3234
I posted earlier about the dash fan speed switch not working after having the transmissiion replaced in San Antonio( a story in itself).
My zone 1 Aquahot was not working and the dash fan was not working. I followed Rudys suggestion about checking the relays below the fuse block and switched upper for middle. Voila, both zones worked fine and the dash fan motor ran fine. Did not know that there are 2 sources of power to that fan( also found out thru one of Michelle's posts that there is also 2 sources of power to the small compressor. Are there any others?). So what is other route of power for the dash fan and speed control? I have looked everywhere, I think, and have not found any fuses that are blown. Also when the A/C control is rotated on, the fan on the condenser at the back of the bus comes on. Both in max and regular positions and also on first up/down vent position. Engine off. I never had the occasion to check if the fan on was normal for A/C with engine off. I thought it would be thermostatically controlled. I noted one red light in the outer back fuse block. I pulled the cover off and checked the fuse at that position and it was good. Any tricks to get the rubber grommet back on? Coach going back into SA for them to check this out so would help if I had more info from the group.
Thanks
Jerre
[Jerre - I merged the update question into the original topic on the dash fan. Keeping the info together helps folks doing future searches. Michelle
Thanks Michelle!
Your picture is your HWH controller. It has nothing to do with the AC or Aqua hot
Thanks, it was only a WAG as to the problem.

Speaking of Zone fan controls relay. Can someone tell me the exact location of the relays on a 1999 U320?
The zone relays on a 1999 Aqua Hot in a Foretravel are mounted to the right of the burner in the heater.
Thank you for the info. I found a book that showed me were they were. I was looking for the relays because my furnace wasn't working. I had the A H serviced and the tech didn't reinstall the hold down bails correctly and all the relays were lose.
This forum is a wonderful place for information.
