We have a 1995 U320. I have found nearly all of the engine-driven air conditioner component locations. Can anyone tell me where the low-pressure switch is located? I know that it should be in the hose between the evaporator and the compressor but I can't seem to find it. Thanks!
Mine is up front but my condenser is up there too
Mine is on the drier which is beside the condenser.
On our 97 it is in the low pressure line connection at the compressor.
I thought Foretravel typically mounted the condenser on the left rear side panel.
I think that's the high-pressure switch. I have one there as well.
That's where I would expect it to be. I'll check again to see if it's on that line but farther away from the compressor.
I have a low pressure switch on my compressor but it's not hooked up there and it's hooked up
at the drier. I don't know why it was done that way.
I believe there is normally a high-pressure cutoff switch on ( or near) the dryer and a low-pressure switch near the compressor.
I have two cutoffs on the compressor lines right off the compressor and only one is hooked up
is hooked up and the one on the drier is hooked up. That would make sense that the high pressure
one is on the drier.
