Title: Ed's really cool utility bay panel upgrade
Post by: Michelle on June 12, 2024, 05:25:07 pm
Custom Plexiglass panel with LED light in wet bay gives clear view of possible leak points, dump valves, plumbing, things not normally seen without disassembly.

This is a really great idea and I don't want it to get lost to the forum when you sell your coach and the ad is deleted.  Hope you don't mind that I snagged the photos from your ad and started this Renovations topic to inspire others.

Thanks.

I did that 7 years ago. As I recall, it took about 10 times longer than I thought it would.

It started with taking everything apart to change the dump valves and then took on a life of its own.

I kinda did the same thing in the electronics bay, and will do the same to the wet bay!
I also just finished swapping out the old Maverick ATS with the new Southwire Surge Guard ATS that FOT sells.
My old one was acting up. Shorepower switch kept dropping the power from the pedestal to the coach causing battery drain then the gen to start to recharge the batteries.
