I am looking for this piece ( water timer) from my 220 microphor toilet. Does anyone have one?

I do not have one but, Mullaney and Associates has the new version of the part, make sure you are sitting down when you look it up.

If you have a direct drop to the black tank, you can throw that toilet out and get a Dometic 320 for about the same price as that controller. FYI
