I had this regulator leak and I got a new one
I looked at an Air schematic and I see a pressure regulator on the hwy side of things
Does anyone know what pressure should be set at.
Things were leaking real bad when I took it of and could not tell what it was .
Does anyone know what pressure this should be set at?
I believe that is for the front air bags and should be set 60-65
so the air bags pressure would be 65 max?
The reason for that is so that when the coach is airing up, the front and rear will come up more at the same time. The reason being that the front weighs less than the rear. The rear bags don't have a regulator, unless you have a tag axle and then the tag axle has a regulator.
i do have a tag axle
i will dive down there tomorrow and check the rear set up
Just replaced that one on our coach. Get the orange compression set from amazon, it makes getting the air connector pretty easy. Only hard part is the access with you on your back in the middle of the coach. Block the coach up. Ours was set at 60 PSI. You might want to get several as there are a couple of those on the coach.

Using the appropriately sized open end wrench also works, and has the added (mechanical) advantage of a built-in "handle".
i only see one in the front of the coach i did nor see one in the rear.
i set it up at 60 psi now the only thing left to do is service the hwh solenoids from the six pack.
i will order from hwh since i tried Ace and the o ring was a 1 mm larger creating a buckle
You might be better off ordering from Tom

Agree - as of this week he had the kits in stock Replica HWH Plungers Redux (https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?topic=28733.msg481662#msg481662)
Checks only. Ours arrived today.
BTW, for those who just want to replace the 2 usual suspects in an HWH o-ring kit (RAP6554) and not do a full plunger rebuild, the o-ring numbers are in this post

I concur with Steve's O-ring size identification from 13 years ago. I also listed HWH O-ring "sizes" in my rebuild thread from 8 years ago. I found all the O-ring sizes were readily available, in both Nitrile and Viton, at local oilfield supply shops. They also carry Super Lube - an excellent O-ring assembly lube - in small 3 oz tubes. Highly recommended.

I also found the orings at a hydraulic repair shop. They were very reasonable in price.
