Title: Screw Location on fresh water tank Box

I have a 1986 GV, can anyone tell me the location of the screws to remove the box over the fresh water tank located between the 2 front seats? I have hunted around with no luck. Any help is appreciated.

First remove the panel and lift up access door. The screws are in the carpet. They are #2 square drive. I used my driver to find them going around the edges and tapping with the driver to find them.
