Does anyone know offhand the diameter of the snaps Foretravel used in the early 2000's on the bedskirts?
I'm planning to sew a new one for our 2000 and prefer to work with the existing screw-in parts on the bed platform, so I need to match the snaps.
I know I can harvest the upper fabric band from the existing "Grandmillenial" style one and just attach a new skirt (that's my backup plan), but you never know when faux needlepoint floral will come back in style ;)
Go to Hobby lobby or JoAnn fabrics
I wish it were that easy. Unfortunately, we don't have either near us.
I'm wondering if this is more of a marine snap.
You can have ours if they're the right size.. we ditched the bed skirt.
Thank you, unfortunately I need the fabric side of things, not the screwed-into-the-base side. The fabric side can't be reused since it is swedged together when installed in the fabric .
I found some marine ones on Sailrite (kinda pricey since they're stainless) and these on Amazon that I might try.

I generally have to mail order sewing supplies, but none of my go-to's carry this style of fastener, so they don't appear to be a home dec notion. Steve noticed they look like something used on a tonneau cover as well.
They are marine related, as when we replaced that skirting I picked dozens of them in stainless from a mom and Pop upholstery place in Mazatlan. I bought more back in Canada and they where a standard size. No one asked what size did I want. Just how many, and male or female piece.

Thanks John!
I can confirm the snaps I bought from Amazon are the correct size. Amazon.com: Snaps Kit for Boat Cover, 120pcs Canvas Screws Snaps Buttons... (https://amzn.to/420qAQ6)
Prototype bedskirt currently under construction so I can identify any tricky steps (besides pleat/seam placement) before cutting into the final fabric.
My wife just cut the old snaps off the old one and sewed them on the new one
I didn't look for new snaps
