Title: slide [locking] pins
Post by: Partimefriend on March 07, 2025, 12:10:49 pm
I have a 2001 Foretravel u 320 single driver side slide out. I am researching for a part that the lock pin slides into its like a rubber grommet that goes inside of the slide locking hole and help cushion/ center pin when in and locked. Anyone ever replace this part? or do you have the part number to the manual or parts book associated with this slide . Thanks for the help

[Topic title clarified that these for the slide, not the brake slide pins - Michelle]

I believe that is a 2000 series HWH system ... The selected media item is not currently available.

The room lock pins were HWH but I'm not sure if the bushings would have been HWH or Foretravel.  I'm sure someone with that era coach will let you know.

To add attachments you need to click the REPLY button at the bottom of the post, that takes you to a full editor The area at the bottom of the page is called the Quick Reply, which does everything the full editor does except of course attachments :(

Please post your production number. Mine was prior to having the bushings. I do keep my upper ones lightly greased to prevent squeaking. Also make sure to clean and clear the drain lines on the upper receivers. Delamination was an issue on my coach and needed sealing  at the receivers to the outer fiberglass.

We have the same part numbers, the bushings will fit into your receivers if you wanted. Maybe you have already. I did look for the drains on top and cleaned out as best i could, but didn't clearly see any drains? There was a small square hole in the bottom side of the top receiver. I clean the area with compressed air.  Build #5912

Here are what the bushings look like.
