Hello everyone
I serviced my Aquahot and I removed the fuel lines from the banjo tube at the fuel pump.
Does anyone know where to find replacement for this banjo with the straight pipe or if this can be repaired.
Can this be reflared to seal again?
All I can find online are the ones with the bulge at the end.
Up date to the new style Banjo fittings look on Aqua Hot web site
This is the fitting you'll need. The bulge on the end is to secure the hose....you'll need to unclamp the male compression fitting and discard it. So I got that new banjo with the bulge but I have another problem
The hose is larger when I remove that fitting and its lose
The clamp does not tighten the hose enough
Kind of stuck here
Would a dis it or should I change the hose
If I change the hose then I have to deal with the fitting at the other end ?
In your right side picture, a new 90 adapter and hose fitting should be able to get at any hose / fittings store.
Are this brass fittings ?
In your right picture fittings are brass. If you know the hose size you need and the pipe size that adapter is screwed into, show picture to hose place and they can get you the fittings.
Here is a picture of the end of that elbow
I think it's a 9/16 cone
Hopefully
@Rudy can give some advice. The hose ID is just too small, maybe take the assembly to a hydraulic hose place and have them make you a new one?
Get one of these and use a short 1/4" hose to the burner.
