Title: Ride Height
Post by: Rancher on May 27, 2025, 11:57:58 am
Next on my to do list is rebuild travel height linkage ( rubber boots) and adjustable steel linkage. Checking to see if any companies like Kenworth or Peterbuilt would carry same type of linkage that would be easy to access in Canada.
Thanks

Me, too.

My 2004 U320 has what looks like pairs of hollow rubber hose (common 1/4" fuel hose?) as the soft links above and below the metal rod and pneumatic adjuster. These hoses are tightened with screw-type hose clamps.

I'm anxious to see what replacement kits or up-grades others have used.

Napa in Canada said they couldn't access these parts . Found this kit at local Volvo truck dealership. Replacing some of the old brittle parts that might fail. Some day will add stop blocks to frame so tires can't bottom out on coach floor if you have a failure with air lines, air bag, and valves.

Rancher,

You may only need the rubber boots. Here is a link to the "T" and a place to order from.
