Fresh water tank is not filling -- switched tank fill on - nothing --- any help would be appreciated.

Find the valve and tap on it. It is a magnetic valve and can get stuck.

Your coach should have at least 2 fill valve switches that operate through a Finder relay. It (the relay) can get stuck or failed and need replacing. You have an anti-backflow check valve that is most likely located in the bulkhead fitting where you hook up your water hose. If the spring has failed inside the valve can lock up not letting water flow through.

Great info but I'm a rookie at the repairs on this -- Finder Relay and the back flow check valve-- just at a loss as to where to find these parts.
I do hear a click when toggling the switch in the wet bay -- comes from some electrical components in neighbor bay. There is some 'heavy' electrical in there -- will not get into that.
I may just have to find repair familiar with Foretravel in the DFW area.
There were no issues last season -a bit frustrating.
If you hear clicking that should be good. That means the relay that makes multiple switches operate the electronic valve open. This relay is hid in your basement behind the white fiberglass cover. With you having a '95 you may have the old style relay rather than the Finder, But that is another thread.
The back flow preventer is just a check valve that keeps your fresh water from back feeding into the shore line water. Like I said earlier yours should be in the bulkhead fitting where you hook up to your coach. Take the water loose and see if any parts fall out. After removing the hose start your on board water pump and see if water shoots out of the hose hookup. If it does then you will need a new fitting which is a simple DIY. Hunt around and get back just don't take the coach down to Camping world around Alvarado.

Found the problems!!!!
Fresh water fill valve is a solenoid valve located next to the water pump and around the low point water drain lines. Directly below the water heater.
The reason it was not filling after toggling the tank fill valve switch in the bathroom or wet bay -- ground wire was disconnected! Attached that and tank was filled in 15 minutes.
What a relief and such an easy fix. Thanks for all suggestions and support.
