Like others, I wanted to get rid of the head banger TV up front. Removed the TV, cut the cabinet back about 7 inches, put a cabinet door on it and now have a couple of extra storage shelves up front.
Then removed the single recliner and small cabinet and built a TV cabinet with a "televator" and put in place of the small cabinet. Found a tile very close to our countertop color, and the TV lift splits right on a tile line.
Took out the jack knife sofa and installed 2 electric theater style recliners purchased from a local furniture store.
Now, we don't have to bend our necks to watch TV from the sofa. With the 2 recliners, we now watch TV in comfort and have quite a bit of extra storage in the TV cabinet. Very happy with the results.
Oner BIG plus I forgot to mention, there's now a ton of room when entering the coach. With that cabinet cut back, there is nothing to hit your head on, even when leaning over the dashboard!
