Title: Insects in Fresh Water Tank Drain
Post by: Bob McGee on June 16, 2010, 10:20:32 am
Twice in the last three years, I have found the drain for the fresh water tank on my '99 U320 plugged with what I suspect is an insect (mud dauber?) nest. The first time I snaked it out with a wire.  This time I had to disassemble the plumbing area and remove the fresh water line from the tank and clear it out with compressed air.

Anyone had this issue?  Have thought about wrapping it with screening material. any more elegant solutions?

Take some nylon netting and zip tie it in place
