What do the 3 switches for engine brake do on a 1996 U320?

This is a question from someone else.

On a 1996 U320
Trying to figure out what the 3 switches for engine brake do.
Looking at wiring diagram, center red rocker turns on system engine brake request, left red rocker does something and far right red rocker does low and med?

I only have two and they both have to be 'on' to get braking. Both banks actuate. I know one switch sends the signal to the trans to downshift and to the ABS to disable. I think the other controls the signal to the engine brakes... Would love to see the 96 wiring diagram and compare it to mine!

Can't do much right now - been stuck in the hospital since Sunday night with what appears to be a mild case of diverticulitis. Finally got off a liquid diet this afternoon. Might go home tomorrow...

I'm lucky. Moderate pan, swelling and high annoyance.

Where are these rocker switches located?  I truly do not remember seeing any; but, I am not in my 1996 U320 right now; and my memory is often suspect.

Remember - we are speaking of an engine brake now, not a trans retarder.

Additional Information:

"The engine is a Cummins C11 engine with a Allison 4060 trans with Jake.
Here are some pictures, where the switches are at the bottom there is a switch marked(Backup lights)it is wired to shift inhibitor, For security I think,  had a  hard time finding that, motorhome would not move.

Back to the switches, center switch I think down shifts trans into 5th gear,
Left switch I think turns on the engine brake, and the far right is Hi & Low I think,
it looks like it also goes to Cruse disconnect switch.
For now I just removed all the stripes and polished looks much better. Any information is helpful so thanks again"

Sorry I am not able to post a pic; but, my three rocker switches are labeled (L to R) ICC, Retard, and Boost.  Just aft of these are (L to R) Retarder joystick, rocker switch labeled Aux Lights, and a rocker switch labeled Dock Lights Right.  Incidentally, my shift pad is slanted vertically with recessed buttons.

I will pull my 95 wiring and take pics in order to post (no scanner here yet!). Then I will comment this weekend...

OK! I compared the wiring of my 95 to the 96 - interesting (to me at least...) The 96 IS wired as a two speed jake with the addition of the third switch. Although I can't guarantee which is which, I can hazard a guess in comparison to my two.
The switch to the far left should be the 'Engine brake on/off'. It kicks on the two relays, disconnects the cruise control and passes the engine brake signal to the Cummins ECU. The middle switch is the Engine brake switch for the trans signal - telling the trans that the engine brake is on and to be prepared to downshift to the preselect gear. The right hand should be the jake hi/lo switch - down should be bank one and up should be one and two.
It is definitely wired differently yr over yr. The 96 shows a distinct cruise disconnect switch and a 'shift inhibit' switch that I have no clue on what it does.
However! Seeing the 96 wiring confirms that I have to add a third switch to properly do a hi/low and how to do it. If Foretravel still carries the switch I will likely do that. If not, I'll do a foot switch!
I uploaded my diagrams to my album should anyone want to take a peek. Since they're not pertinent to this topic I decided not to embed them. Many thanks to whoever has the 96 with an M11 and a jake!!!
