HWH

I am troubleshooting a problem on the HWH system.
Why in goodness did they leave the manifold out where road grime get to it. :o
I will be changing a couple of air valves, after I clean up the manfolds.
Both right sides will not inflate/deflate to ride height.
However they will inflate/deflate with the raise and dump function and the level function.

Are you saying it does not go to travel Height when you hit the "travel" button or it does not auto level when you hit "Level" button?
If you can raise and lower the coach using UP & Down arrows, I think that shows the solenoids are working.

Sounds like all of your valves are capable of responding to instructions (raise, dump, and level), but some are not responding to travel instructions.

I had a similar situation a couple of weeks ago.  Valves would respond to all instructions except level, and were getting finicky about responding to travel.  Got great telephone service from HWH tech, who diagnosed it most likely as a problem with the touch panel.  Sent me a new one, and told me I could send it back for refund and w/o shipping fee if he was wrong.

Simple installation.  Panel comes off with removal of four screws at corners.  All wires attach at back with a single connector.  Working space was a bit tight because there was no slack in feed wires, but it was doable. 

Took care of the problem.

my U300, '93 600 system has six(6) solenoids for the front and six for the rear plus 3 ride height valves.

Each (front and rear) manifold ,  has 2 to raise, 2 to lower plus 2 for ride height.

the front has one(1) ride height valve that controls ride height/ but 2 solenoids, one for right side and one for left side.

each rear  has two(2) ride height valves, one right and one left that controls left rear and right rear ride height.

I believe that is correct.

I have to make a set of your blocks before going farther.
