Not in my experience. I drive my MH 12-15000 miles per year. At that rate it would take over 10 years to wear down the tread. The sidewalls just will not last that long and besides, my coach sits for prolonged periods, 2-3 months at a time and the experts tell me that flexing the rubber as in rolling down the road is necessary for the "health" of the tire. So, age is the very critical factor in my tire life.

Horace is correct.

VERY few RV tires are replaced because of lack of tread (barring alignment issues).

The vast majority are replaced because of age.

What age are your tires.  The last 4 digits of the number beginning with DOT indicate the WEEK and YEAR the tire was produced.  That complete DOT number will be molded into only one sidewall of each tire, and may be facing inboard or outboard.
