Sliding window gasket issue

Walking around the coach this evening I noticed that one of the gaskets on a passenger side sliding window has begun to come apart (first photo).

It should look like second photo.

What type of adhesive should I use to secure this gasket?  I can easily push it back together, but I want to make it stay in place.
George Stoltz.  Retired from full-time living in a great Foretravel and now are back to living in a traditional sticks and bricks in Florida.

George, you can get 3M gasket adhesive just about anywhere. Just be sure to apply it just as the instructions indicate and use as little as possible to get the job done. Keep a rag soaked in xylene close by to clean up and mess. The stuff is yellow. Try not to saturate the rubber with the xylene and keep it off of the paint. If you do get some on the paint just wipe it up right away.

I would first try to pound it back into the channel with a piece of wood and a rubber mallet. The gaskets will probably need replacing in the near future, two to three years.

George,
This is a typical problem with the Creation windows.  When I first purchased Forrest, I asked the good folks at FO of Tennessee how to fix this and they showed me how to reduce the corner bulge.  No adhesives needed.  Just push with your finger tips on top of the gasket into the corner while at the same time "pushing" to slide the flat area of the gasket toward the corner.  The area of the gasket you need to "slide" toward the corner is the flat area leading to the "open" end of the gasket.

If you can follow Peter's suggestion successfully, that is by far the best approach. Use adhesive as a last resort.

At least you don't have the Moluccan Cockatoo and Mini Macaw deciding how cool it is to pull it out...
