Jacking up

What jacking points do you use to lift the motorhome.
The time is approaching where I will need to remove the wheels to service the brakes.
Where do you place the jacks, and what kind of jack do you favor.
Any special procedures for lifting?
I do intend to make the frame supports, are they required when lifting to remove wheels or just for safety when working underneath?
Thanks!

Lon,
I watched Phil Bostrom replace his brakes on a motorcade.
Here are some photos.

Barry,

A really great idea using that stand as the fulcrum for the lug wrench.

Is it adjustable (to adjust to the height of all lug nuts) and if so, would sure appreciate knowing the brand/part number.

Brett,
It is a Kem-Tool Commercial Duty Winch Support Stand, Part # 32610. Fully adjustable for each lug nut 14.5" - 22.5" .  You can see a video of it here.  http://www.alltiresupply.com/p-32610.html
