Re: Any 2011 Grandvention reports? Reply #1 – October 13, 2011, 10:03:58 am We attended the Grandvention held at the Cajun Palms RV Resort in Breaux Bridge, LA. It was a very enjoyable event. Approximately 90 coaches with old and new friends were in attendance. The facilities of the resort were beautiful and we would highly recommend it if you find your self traveling I 10 in LA. Greg (President and CEO of FOT) and his wife participated in all of the fun...they are great miniature golfers! Lots of good Louisiana food. The future Motorcade events were announced and reviewed...(few examples) 93 and Calgary Stampede Motorcade and Upstate NY Motorcade for 2012 and Discover the Dakotas Motorcade, Appalachian Trail Motorcade and A little bit of the Smokies Motorcade for 2013. The Motorcade Club is alive and moving forward. We encourage one and all the check out the FOT website for Chapter and other events. Quote Selected

It's great to hear that Greg and Sue are getting a chance to be involved in the fun, and not just the business end. From the few times we've gotten to chat with him in Nac you can tell he enjoys getting out there in his coach and actually being an RVer when they can. We're looking forward to 2012 in Mineola, Texas. And to any other 2011 reports folks have.Michelle Quote Selected
