Need help soon with a toilet water supply valve

Under my bathroom sink, a cold water supply line rises through the floor.  It passes through a plastic right-angle connector with a "mushroom" looking cap above it, and then returns through the floor.  About an hour age, the cap began emiting a sound like air leaking under pressure.

Looks like the connector is some kind of valve (?) in the toilet water supply line, and I'm glad I addressed the sound as soon as I heard it because I just noticed that the black tank is full almost to the bottom of the stool.  Turned the water off at the manifold. 

Can someone name this connector/valve for me so I can call around and find one.  Is this something I could expect to find at a place like Lowes, or am I looking for a specialty rv part?  I'd like to take care of this today, preferrably in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Answering my own question.  Valve is Lakeview R.V. Supply Model 1000.  Antisiphoning check valve.  Time to go shopping.

Have you drained the tank?  Maybe that's all you needed to do and the valve is operating the way it was intended to??????

Thanks, Peter.  Interesting question, but it might take another full black tank someday to show an answer.  Somewhere during my 45 minute 3-store shopping trip, the pumper truck came by and emptied my tanks.  Can say that I have a new vacuum breaker installed, water back on, no water leaks, no gargled hiss.

Barry Beam:  If you are still collecting part numbers, the one I removed is a Lakeview R.V. Supply Model 1000, 110F, 125 PSI, 1/2 inch.  The replacement I installed, a B&B Model 571, is identical.
