Re: Tile floors Reply #3 – January 22, 2012, 08:41:46 pm I did the caqrpet to ceramic tile, like the tile, two points, one, it isw cold onthe feet and glass and other kitchen have a hard landing when you drop things on the floor, but it is so easy to clean. I prefer it to carpet. Quote Selected

Re: Tile floors Reply #6 – January 23, 2012, 08:32:03 pm We replaced some of our carpet with a quality vinyl tile in the bath and kitchen. Won't crack, easy to clean, and not cold on bare feet. Installation was easy. You have to look closely to see that it is not real ceramic tile. Quote Selected

Re: Tile floors Reply #9 – February 10, 2012, 10:40:09 am ceramic tiled ours also. 5+ years now, no cracks. it is cold in winter. if doing over, I would put down heat strips. Other than that, no regrets. As Brett mentioned, it IS heavy, but our 36' U295 had plenty of spare capacity. Quote Selected
