Rance is Back

GREAT NEWS !!!!

I just got off the phone with James Stallings and he shared that Rance's first day of full time employment at Xtreme Paint and Graphics is Wednesday, July 4th.  So, Rance is back.

The shop folks have worked Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed and will be off for four days as a long holiday weekend.

I agree.  But let me tell you that Rance never left Xtreme 100%.  While I was there in late May early June, Rance came over to do training of others at Xtreme after his regular job was done each day.  I met him, and talking to him appeared to be very knowledgeable and most confident in his abilities...if ya know what I mean... ;)    Yeah...he's good at what he does!

+1 (or make that another 4 thumbs up) as we just made our appointment for October 29th to have our step/entry door area repaired at Xtreme.  Rance did the original conversion and given his framing/mounting protected the expensive step mechanism itself, we were hoping he'd be there to do our repairs.

I also am glad to see Rance return to Xtreme for everyones sake, There are more & more folks who are becoming aware of his talent.
James informed me of his returning a couple weeks ago, after I got back to Va.
There are a couple mods I was hoping to have done in May-June, but got side tracked, so now I am smiling again. Rance has done many mods on my coach, all perfect in my opinion.
One of the very best is the rear lift up door, that is a biggie improvement.

I think that is great news for both Rance and Xtreme. I have been around the fiberglass business for 40 years and Rance is one of the best I have ever met.
