Sleeper sofa

Our 02 has the jack bed in front.  We would like to install a sleeper sofa with pull out mattress.  David at FOT indicated about $4,000 plus couple hours install.  He must be thinking of a really high quality bed.  Does anyone have this or had one installed??
We were thinking $2,000 max.  Tks DAN

The fancy sleeper sofas that are going into the new coaches also have a very fancy "air" mattress ... nothing like what you are used to seeing in a regular sleeper that you would find in a home.  Hence, the fancy price!!

I had not heard of this "fancy air mattress" sleeper sofa, did a search and watched a youtube video about one that was stated to run a little over a 1000 dollars for a 68 inch sleeper sofa.  I included this link for you to check this out.  Not sure if this is the same or even similar, but thought might be interesting to whomever was interested in one.  Link is        AIR DREAM Sleeper Sofa Is The Next Generation In Comfort!

I think the mattress can be purchased separately, as it looks like the same mattress at my son's house.  He bought his to replace a mattress in a sofa bed.  Not sure where he bought it, but think it was from an internet site.

In the video, it stated that there is a box spring component and air mattress portion that has to be aired up to be useful and takes only about 45 seconds to fill.  My concern also was the clearance and if it would fit.  I feel certain one would have to be aware of what was on the other side and if it could be used with whatever furniture was on opposing wall.  I don't think one would just hop over it.  However, when in use, it does certainly look to be more comfortable than the flip down sofa.

Tks for all the info.  David at FOT said you need 80 inches clear to pull out the bed.  From wall towards the table behind the high chair.  Tks Dan

I ordered two new couches for my coach 4 years ago. I got them directly from villa and they cost about 10K to get both. One was a Jack sofa and the other sofa is the J lounge type.

We have the Villa pull out sofa sleeper with air mattress in our FT. It is comfortable and everyone that has slept on it enjoyed it. Only real issues is that you need to make sure they are fully deflated prior to stowing it. I had a small leak in mine just recently but it is covered by a three year warranty and Villa sent me a new one.

You do need a fair amount of room for it, I have two slides up front to accommodate. And one is a fairly deep slide.
