HWH hydraulic line leak

Have a small leak which appears to originate in the connection of the supply line to the synchronizing cylinder. Have never worked with high pressure hydraulic lines, manual mentions 3000 psi, makes me nervous. If I'm lucky, all I have to do is tighten the connection.
Coach is 2001 with single slide, believe the HWH 680 series. Do I need to release pressure in line before tightening? (slide is currently extended) Appears to be a small nut at end of cylinder, then a fitting, then the fitting on the end of the hydraulic line. Use two wrenches, turn one on fitting on hydraulic line, hold one on fitting on cylinder, none on nut on cylinder? How far can I tighten? Clockwise? Reference on Beam site notes tighten 1/4 turn when reinstalling a hydraulic line.
Called HWH last Wed, inquired on website Sat, no responses as yet.

I would always use two wrenches, and I don't think there is any pressure without the pump running to make things move.  I disconnected my leveling jack line, did not loose any fluid as it was in the park/up position.

Call James Triana or Mike Rogers.  I would release the pressure at the solenoids.  There is 3000 PSI in the lock pins and if that drops too low you pins will unpin.
