Shurflo sent an email that all I had to do was to send in the label on the existing failed pump and they will send a new one to me so there will be no shipping charges and no hassle for me. That seems like very good customer service but I haven't received the new pump yet. It's only been three days since I mailed the old pump's label to Cost Mesa. Quote Selected
