Inop power chord reel

I was forced due to circumstance to deploy the 50 amp power cord its full length. When I went to reel it in, the motor runs but the reel doesn't turn,  Is there a clutch between the motor and the reel or a direct connection that might have sheared?  Any easy fixes?
Thanks for any info.

Try a google search using your cords manufacturer name.  I found this for you on the FMCA forum.  Maybe it's the same as yours?
