I always said the MS rated tires on my truck mean they were rated to get me stuck in the mud and slide all over the place in snow. Each year hundreds of 4X4 owners prove to themselves that physics really, really still works.

About 25 years ago I was in Anchorage, AK, when the first snow of the fall arrived. It was as crazy on the roads as anywhere else when "new" snow arrives.

After 40 years and 3 and 1/2 million miles of driving I pray to goodness I never have to make another track on snow or ice. The best way to not loose control of a vehicle on slick road is don't get on it... Personal injury lawers just waiting on someone to make a mistake.
