Full river battery

Has anyone had any Experence with these?

Yes.  When I worked at Country Coach in '08 the R&D department had done tests of various house batteries.  The Full River batteries were the best performers (primarily capacity if I remember right) with Lifelines a close second.  For some other reason CC decided to stay with the Lifelines on new coaches.  The Full Rivers were also the heaviest.  This always made me wonder if capacity and weight go hand in hand when it comes to lead acid batteries.

A good way to compare battery capacity is to compare their weights.

$605 for the fullriver and $700+ for the lifeline.

China products seem to always have the $$ advantage, no exception with FullRiver batteries being made in China.  Warranty ??

It is an Illinois company that's been selling batteries since 1928.  They have a deal going if you purchase 2-5 Lifelines they are only $553.66 each. Shipping to your city per their web site is $272.27 for 3.  So that comes out to $644.42 each.  Save tax too for an out of state web purchase??

Might be worth a phone call...FWIW

For my personal benefit over the past 20 years, I have researched batteries to the point that, I feel most U.S. made batteries come from East Penn/they, then private label them, such as MK.  Lifeline and Concord are wonderful batteriesfrom competing companies but pricey and often only necessary for aircraft or other specific needs.  Motorhomes float like boats, soft and gentle....no real emergencies....  East Penn's batteries are the mainstay...in my thoughts.

I called MK and told them I'm on the road, and need to know 'where I can find their batteries gell at the best price "online" and I will pick them up.' got a very good price down the road.....just tell them the city or zip code.  they understand.

(found then-I did not need batteries, so...I'm on hold right now)
