Removing A Dometic Fridge

OK, so I got the doors off.

And removed the two wood screws at top, and the two at the bottom.

So is the Dometic ready to to move forward?  (It doesn't appear to want to)

Paul, on our refrigerator there are two lag screws that anchor a pair of support runners to the bottom of the compartment. The screws are accessible through the port on the outside of the coach. You will also need to remove the 12 VDC wires, unplug the 120 VAC cord, and disconnect the propane line. Those connections are all accessible through the outside port on our coach.

I could not find any lags screws in that area. There's a lot of other stuff there but no lag screws anchoring the fridge.

??? Mine had the four screws in the front and the two screws with hex heads anchoring the runners in the back. After removing those and the electrical/propane connections, the refrigerator would slide forward. There was just enough room before hitting the wall on the other side of the aisle that I could move the unit into the salon.

Perhaps you need to apply the advice my son gives me: "If it jams, force it. If it breaks, it needed to be fixed anyway." (Take that advice at your own risk. I accept no responsibility for unsatisfactory results. :P )
