Datron in motion dish with Dish TV

I have a Sony satellite receiver with directTV connected to a Datran in motion antennae dish.  I plan to switch to "Dish for my RV' service which is a no contract pay a you go service.  Dish rep could not find any information with regard to the compatibility of my existing Datran antenna with their receiver (VIP 222K).  Datran is out of this business; Does anyone know whether the Datran will talk to the Dish receiver?

I do not believe the datron will work with dish, they have been out of business for a long time. Whenever we had a datron dish come on a trade in coach, it usually meant taking it off and putting on something different.

I've dumped most of my Datron pdf stuff after the first coach. There was one model Dish receiver that would work. Nothing Dish sells today. Remember, these were serial connected control receivers made in the late 80s and early 90's! When I had my '93 in 2005 you could still get receivers off ebay (Sony SAT-A1, for example).
